Camden National Bank Supports The Rural Maine Small Business Conference

Dover-Foxcroft, ME- March 25, 2011- Linda Gilbert, Senior Vice President for Camden
National Bank presented a check for $2500 to support the Rural Maine Small Business Conference. The
conference will be on Wednesday, April 13th at the Penquis Higher Education Center located at 50 Mayo Street in
Dover-Foxcroft from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
"This is a great opportunity for current and future business owners to upgrade their
skills, be up to date on business issues and network with other businesses," said Linda Gilbert, Senior Vice
President for Camden National Bank.
This year's conference topics for micro and small businesses are: How to connect with

The keynote speaker is Paula Mahoney, owner of Words @ Work. She will be discussing
What has changed in the way that people make purchasing decisions and how to use that information to make 2011
successful.
The conference is $35 per participant. Scholarships are available. Space rental
is available for business-to-business sales.
